【工作职责】 支撑中东特定区域的整体市场经营规划与KPI达成。 制定产品上市营销策略。与销售商议GTM市场费用，根据消费者洞察、产品特性、竞品营销动作调研，据此制定市场策略并跟进落地。 搭建并完善当地营销体系：消费者洞察、素材规划和产出、社媒矩阵建设、广告投放、本地供应商管理。 了解本地营销和促销节点，策划本地营销活动，并监督落地执行。 协同本地营销团队，与销售定期进行策略共创，形成内容方向与营销打法。 对接总部投放团队，管理TikTok/Meta/Google投放，并基于数据进行优化。
