职工作地点 前期在中国总部进行约 3 个月系统培训及业务熟悉，培训结束后派驻澳洲，支持相关业务的数字化系统运营工作。 职位描述 1. 负责小鹏国际业务相关 B 端系统及 C 端数字化产品在澳洲市场的推广、运营与用户支持，指导本地用户完成系统使用，及时响应并解决使用过程中的问题，保障各业务系统稳定、高效运行。 2. 跟进系统运营过程中出现的问题，分析问题原因并提出可落地的解决方案，协调总部产品、研发、IT 等相关资源，推动问题闭环解决及优化落地。 3. 负责输出系统操作指引、培训手册、上线说明等培训材料，并组织或支持系统培训，帮助澳洲、新西兰本地用户快速掌握系统功能，提升系统使用效率和业务执行…
